Update the Netflix App or Reinstall it

Flush DNS and reset TCP/IP

Install the latest version of Silverlight
Silverlight is used in Netflix for streaming videos in Windows 10.
So you can download Silverlight manually from the Microsoft website, and then install it.
Then you will just have to restart your PC and check if the problem is resolved.
Try Deleting the ‘mspr.hds.’ File
The videos streamed from Netflix are usually DRM protected. In order to stream the DRM content, it tends to use Microsoft Play-Ready, which is slightly a Digital Rights Management know as DRM program.
Another solution here is to remove the mspr.hds file. Doing so will force your Windows to start creating a new clean one which is more likely to delete any errors causing you trouble. To do so, follow the steps given below:
  1. Launch the File Explorer.
  2. Simply navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady\.
  3. Here you will be able to select all the mspr.hds files.
  4. Delete the mspr.hds files. Also, you need to empty the Recycle Bin.
  5. Then restart your computer, and open your Netflix app again.
