SIMS 4 Challenges to Liven Up Your
Game
Sims allows you to live the life that you never had. The
simulation-based game allows you a second shot at opportunities missed and live
a nearly ideal life. However, if everything were so very perfect, it would naturally
get boring. The monotony of Sims can really take away the joy of playing.
Therefore, fans of the game have created challenges to heighten the playing
experience and make it more exciting.
Sims challenges set out a set of rules and a goal that the
player must achieve to get a preferred outcome. Compared to regular Sims
challenges, these fan-made challenges are relatively tougher but are also
captive and creative.
The following are a few Sims 4 challenges that will make the
game even more exhilarating:
The Legacy Challenge
The Legacy Challenge is the oldest challenge to do the
rounds on Sims.
The rules of the challenge are:
• You need to
create a Sim living in poverty and move them to the biggest available empty
lot.
• Your character
has to start by building a house, accrue wealth, and start a family.
• Follow the legacy
of the founding father and continue playing through the family for 10
generations.
• Each generation
will be faced with a unique set of challenges that you wish to overcome.
100 Baby Challenge
The 100 Baby Challenge is all about procreation.
The rules of the challenge are:
• Your Sims
character(s) needs to produce 100 babies in the fewest generations possible
• The father of the
child must keep changing. Once your character has had a baby with one Sim, they
cannot have another baby with the same character.
• You may age up
the babies immediately, but no other cheats are allowed.
• Girls are
necessary to continue the bloodline. The youngest girl child born to the
founder begins birthing when the oldest cannot produce any more babies.
• If your
generation does not have girls, you lose.
Apocalypse Challenge
The apocalypse challenge is every thrill-seeker’s dream come
true. The game is set in 2015 where the Sims World has been destroyed in a
nuclear war.
The rules of the challenge are:
• Your character
has survived the nuclear fallout by hiding in a bomb shelter. Now all the Sim
has to do is survive.
• Create a Sims
character and a residence resembling a shelter. It should be devoid of any
luxuries and only contain the necessary amenities like the cheapest bed, a
toilet, and basic kitchen appliances.
• The Sim cannot
leave the “Shelter.”
• The goal is to
help the Sim survive, and the only manner of death should be through old age.
Big Brother Challenge
The name alone is self-explanatory and is a great substitute
for TV.
The rules of the challenge are:
• You need to
create 8 unique Sims. The simplest way to do that is by randomizing the
characters.
• Do not control any Sims. You should not
interfere with their tasks or fulfill their wishes. Even if death approaches –
do NOT intervene.
• Start focusing on
one skill per week, it could be any skill from the game.
• The Sim that
builds the highest level of that skill cannot be evicted from the house (that
is, is granted immunity).
• Every week evict
one Sim from the house, the basis of eviction is the amount and level of
friendships formed by the Sim. Remove the one that builds the least friendships.
